Terms & Conditions
1. Scope & provider
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services of crackingtaxi, owner Abdusselam Corluoglu. The address stated in the imprint is an office/business address only – not a practice location and no on-site treatment. Treatments are provided mobile at the client’s location or at individually agreed places.
2. Services
crackingtaxi provides mobile physiotherapeutic services such as mobilisation concepts, recovery and performance, as well as continuing education and international seminars (Academy). All treatment services are private self-pay services and not covered by statutory health insurance.
3. Appointments
Appointments are arranged individually and are binding, exclusively reserved single appointments, including planning, preparation, travel and treatment time.
4. Cancellations and cancellation fee
A free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.
If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full agreed treatment fee as a cancellation fee.
Reason: cancelled mobile appointments often cannot be reassigned at short notice, considering the client’s location, travel time, time window and individual availability. The client is expressly entitled to prove that no or substantially lower damage occurred.
5. Prices and payment
- The prices stated on the website at the time of booking apply.
- Payment as agreed; invoicing is possible.
- All services are private self-pay services.
- No automatic reimbursement by statutory health insurance.
6. Continuing education / Academy
For courses (incl. Practitioner, Professional, Expert and further Academy courses) bookings are binding. Cancellation terms:
- More than 8 weeks before start: 100% refund
- 8 to 4 weeks before start: 50% refund
- Less than 4 weeks before start: no refund
A substitute participant may be nominated at any time.
7. Photo and video
Photo and video recordings are made only after voluntary consent. Use may be for teaching, information, training and marketing purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future publications. Already published content may not be fully removable retroactively.
8. Liability and notes
- No healing promises are made and no specific results are guaranteed.
- The services do not replace necessary medical diagnostics or treatment.
- Clients must disclose relevant medical information before treatment.
9. Final provisions
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
