2. Verarbeitung im Rahmen der Kursanmeldung2. Processing as part of course registration

Wenn du das Anmeldeformular ausfüllst, verarbeiten wir folgende Daten: Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefon-/WhatsApp-Nummer, Beruf, Land sowie eine optionale Nachricht.

Zweck: Bearbeitung und Verwaltung deiner Kursanmeldung, Versand der Bestätigung mit Zahlungsinformationen sowie Kommunikation rund um die Veranstaltung.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragsanbahnung/-erfüllung) sowie deine Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Speicherdauer: Wir speichern deine Daten so lange, wie es für die Durchführung der Veranstaltung und die Erfüllung gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten (z. B. steuer- und handelsrechtlich) erforderlich ist, anschließend werden sie gelöscht.

When you fill in the registration form, we process the following data: first and last name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, profession, country and an optional message.

Purpose: handling and administering your course registration, sending the confirmation with payment details, and communication relating to the event.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) and your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Storage period: We store your data for as long as necessary to run the event and to comply with statutory retention obligations (e.g. under tax and commercial law), after which it is deleted.

Zur Bestätigung der Anmeldung versenden wir automatisierte E-Mails. Die E-Mail-Verarbeitung erfolgt über die Infrastruktur unseres Hosting-Anbieters.

To confirm your registration we send automated emails. Email processing takes place via the infrastructure of our hosting provider.

Diese Website wird bei Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Website werden technisch notwendige Server-Logfiles (z. B. IP-Adresse, Datum/Uhrzeit, abgerufene Datei, Browsertyp) verarbeitet. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren, störungsfreien Betrieb). Mit dem Anbieter besteht ein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO.
